Lindy Snider
Lindy Snider is one of the nation’s most respected experts on business development in the cannabis industry. She is a trusted, forward-thinking adviser to investors, and a successful entrepreneur with a long history in mainstream business as a top-level executive. This dedicated philanthropist is also the founder and CEO of Lindi Skin, a groundbreaking line of skincare products for cancer patients, used in major cancer centers across the country.
Snider is best known for her savvy and dynamic business style, for motivating and educating those around her and for her intuitive, forward-looking perspective.
Before creating her own company and helping others build theirs, Snider served in senior-level roles in sales, marketing, operational and strategic capacities for elite sports and entertainment organizations, including the NHL’s Philadelphia Flyers, Comcast-Spectacor and the Wells Fargo Center at the South Philadelphia Sports Complex. She served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Philadelphia Flyers organization and was responsible for helping develop the National Hockey League franchise’s Ticketmaster franchise in the Tri-State Area.
Snider is on the vanguard of the legal cannabis industry’s expansion across the U.S. and in her home state of Pennsylvania. She has been actively investing since the early days when medical cannabis was legalized in only a handful of states, building a deep network of prominent executives and visionary leaders along the way.
She is well-versed in navigating challenges cannabis entrepreneurs and startups face through her extensive involvement with investment firms including The Arcview Group, Greenhouse Ventures and Manna Capital; property-focused Stem Holdings; Kind Financial, which provides banking services to cannabis businesses; and cutting-edge companies such as Lenitiv Scientific, founded by Montel Williams.
Snider is a champion of startups with a passion for connecting and furthering women-owned businesses, seeking to cultivate and mentor women entrepreneurs. Identifying female-led companies with the same metrics she uses for any good investment, she sees an opportunity that is not being fully tapped for investment. This prompted her to seek out like-minded investors in the creation of Treehouse Global Ventures, a fund she co-founded that will raise capital for women-owned businesses in the cannabis space.
Snider truly believes in the importance of mentoring new entrepreneurs. She offers direct help to founders and connects people for funding opportunities. She finds that investment of time into the business dreams of others can be both inspiring and empowering.

For her own company, Lindi Skin, tangibly helping her customers is as important as the bottom line. She wanted to help her friends who were undergoing cancer treatments that take a toll on quality of life, and she took action by creating her patient-focused company. She found her way to the medical cannabis industry via her work with cancer patients, and her mission revolves around serving patients and educating consumers while building a skincare brand that lives up to its promises.
A longtime advocate for medicinal cannabis legalization in Pennsylvania, Snider is also an activist focused on criminal justice reform, reducing recidivism and diversifying the cannabis industry by bringing in more women, minorities and those from different socioeconomic backgrounds. She works with the Entrepreneurship and Social Impact Initiative (ESII), part of the Lambert Center for the Study of Medicinal Cannabis and Hemp. ESII was launched to focus on the many entrepreneurial and social justice issues inherent to the medical cannabis industry, including the push to diversify the modern industry’s ranks.
Snider’s philanthropic work includes serving as the chair of Athletes for Care, a not-for-pro
fit founded by pro athletes who use their voices to advocate for research, education and compassion when addressing health issues. The organization suits Snider well, bringing together her long history in the sports world and her business leadership with a growing number of athletes who are pursuing health and wellness initiatives including therapeutic uses for cannabis. To this end, Athletes for Care is currently raising funds for research.
Snider serves on more than 20 boards and advisory groups, including CancerForward, Fox Chase Cancer Center Foundation, the Philadelphia Orchestra, PSPCA, and the Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation.
