JIM KRISTOFF

Jim Kristoff is a member and Chief Financial Officer of Treehouse Global Ventures. With over 30 years of entrepreneurial, financial and investment management experience, Jim understands what it takes to build a business. He has reviewed hundreds of investment opportunities in a wide range of industries, including cannabis and cannabis-related businesses.

His career has encompassed management positions in banking, investment management, computer animation, consumer products, real estate lending, education and management consulting.

Feeling the urge to start a new venture, Jim co-founded one of the earliest entrants in the computer animation business, where he helped introduce the television and advertising worlds to the capabilities of computer generated imagery. He moved on to film production starting MetroLight Studios in Los Angeles which won an Academy Award and two Emmy awards. In addition to its work on the screen, Jim’s company developed computer software for the entertainment industry.

After 22 years in entertainment and technology, Jim consulted for various companies leading to the position of COO of Lindi Skin, a producer of skin care products for cancer patients. Most recently, Jim has been an investment advisor and consultant in the cannabis field. He is also the treasurer of the non-profit organization Athletes for CARE.

LARRY SOLDINGER

Larry Soldinger serves as Certified Public Accountant to Treehouse Global Ventures. He founded L J Soldinger Associates ("LJSA"), a full service international certified public accounting firm in 1989 and currently serves as the firm's managing partner. He has spent his career evaluating companies, negotiating and structuring transactions, and assisting in obtaining funding for his clients. He has numerous business contacts throughout the world and provides international financial and accounting services to clients throughout many industries.

Highly regarded for consulting services on mergers and acquisitions and auditing and accounting services to both privately held and publicly held companies; he is well known and respected for both traditional and non-traditional business consulting that includes corporate planning, budgeting, forensic accounting, workout and turnaround services and cash and pre-cash crisis management. With a background that is international in scope and represents clients in numerous industries, whether public or private, foreign or domestic.

Larry began his accounting career in 1973 and received B.B.A. degrees in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. From 1992 through 2010 he also served as Executive Chairman and CEO of Cosentino Signature Wineries, a family controlled business owning three Napa Valley wineries and two more located in Lodi, California. He is married to his childhood sweetheart Edie, and has two adult sons, Ben and Shane.
